DASH is working with medical devices companies to 3D print anatomical models for device testing, evaluation, and training. DASH has developed methods and patented techniques to prepare and 3D print complex anatomy difficult to replicate with standard 3D printing equipment and materials.
DASH will work with you to preserve critical anatomical landmarks, while developing and integrating structures that produce ultra-realistic tissue interactions. DASH will preserve anatomical landmarks and features that fall below the limitations of other 3D printing services. We have the capabilities of modeling and printing thin structures such as heart valve leaflets. DASH will modify the internal structures of the materials to achieve strains and failure modes expected in cutting and suturing. If your application is more specialized, as we expect, we will work with you to tailor the model around your requirement.
DASH can work with your data, in any form, or we can leverage our growing library of anatomical models to 3D print models relevant to your needs. DASH has the capabilities to produce models from DICOM or modify surface models already generated by you or your team. If you are looking for specific anatomical structures and disease states and you do not have access to data, we can leverage our growing database of models to meet your experiment requirements.
If you or your team needs 3D printed anatomical models for any ongoing or upcoming projects, please reach out to work with us.
